These caused my teeth to shift right away. Now my canines are hitting and my front teeth are slightly further out than my last aligners. My top teeth had the same aligner without buttons for the last 7 trays and never had any issue.

I want to do this treatment. But tell me how and where to do it. And tell me how you will spend here.

Getting braces and an expander today (6/21/24) and I will be updating Day 1: The process really didn’t hurt at all and it went better than I thought. The pain throughout the day was bad mainly in the expander and then the actual braces but it wasn’t that bad with pain medicine id say 3/10 Day 2: woke up a little sore but way better than I thought. I’m only eating soft foods (applesauce, smoothies, yogurt, pasta) but that’s just for now. Also I can’t pronounce certain words with the expander and I get easily annoyed by that but I heard that goes away so fingers crossed pain level 2/10

I’m getting braces tomorrow !!!! I’ll update how it goes + I’ve had an expander for about 2 months now 1st day: It doesn’t hurt right now! It just feels like tiny rocks are touching my mouth. When they were putting on my braces, it hurt so bad, especially the cheek retractor. I’ll continue to update. 2nd day: IT HURTS SO BAD. ESPECIALLY MY BOTTOM TEETH. I CANT EAT IT HURTS SO BAD.
